So...you haven't guessed what body style this is yet eh! Here's a clue: The guy in the pic will have a personalized licence plate on the decal sheet for the "Protoform LTC-R" body.

Regarding the LTC-R - it's similar to a Lexus IS-F to be exact.

Francis M;
Yes - one new 200mm gas body style before year end and another before the racing season starts in early spring.

Thanks for showing an interest guys! Have a great weekend.

I have to ask why Protoform is releasing another new rubber body so soon after the release on the R9-R?

I am excited to see and test the new body!

It looks pretty sweet Dale!

I'm going to say because they can & to give us more options. Makes the races look better when there are a few different bodies racing to.

You've asked a very valid question.

FOXY923 pretty much summed up the answer:

I'm also trying to get as much done as possible before EFRA's deadline for 2009 body homologation.

I like the looks of the body so far, but one question. Is it going to handle similar to the Mazda Speed 6 or totally different?

I want something that has almost as much steering as the R9R but has more rear end grip.
Will this body accomodate? If so I'll put mine on back order right away.

Where did you get that picture? Looks like from Slovak page Anyway it should be really nice shell. This weekend I had first run on carpet with R9-F (R9-R wasn't available when I was ordering new shell) on rubbers and it was quite amazing to drive (less on asphalt) but don't know if I should get R9-R or this new LTC-R.
