what body for rubber tire tc on carpet?

i dont know if this has been asked or not and i did do a search to see if it has been posted already and came up with nothing. what body would work best to use for rubber tire on carpet? im guessing mazda 6 but i wanted to see what others think. mazda 6? speed 6? any others? whats the best all around body to use in your opinion?

If the grip is lower, I usually use the Mazdaspeed. It has more overall downforce and steering. Now when you use this body when the grip comes up, the car can become a little bit "darty". So thats when I put on the normal mazda 6 which is smoother and will usually do better in higher grip conditions.

I'm using the ProtoForm R9R body right now. I'd like to think that it will be good in high grip situations, but in low grip, not so much. You should be able to tune to it. It has a ton of steering in low bite but the back end doesn't seem planted.

Not to blast Korey, but our experience has been Mazda6 in low to mid traction. Once Traction is above medium we switch to Speed6. We have found that the Speed6 in high traction will calm the car down. Obviously, your results may/will vary.

Regardless, a Mazda6 or a Speed6 is a good starting place for rubber tires on carpet.

+1 on the mazda 6.

I will be spraying up a new one very soon as mine took its toll (but over 2 years I can justify that :p :D)... Prior to that, I have used the dodge stratus all purpose indoors and outdoors which has been fine, just a bit dated now :)

I've been told the mazda6 is a good all round shell, suits me fine :)
