Default BRUSHLESS sensor cable

Does anyone know if all the sensor cables are universial for the brushless motors? I got a Team Scream 17.5 but it came with a short cable and i need it to be longer. LMK. Thanks.

Yes, so far it seems the industry has been doing the right thing and all the players are using the same sensor plug and wiring. I wish that the LiPO makers would get together on a universal balancing connector, but that might be too much to wish for in one year...

Here's a Speed Passion 180mm cable that will work with your motor.

I know Tekin sells the longer cables as well

Hey Kevin...

Yupper your correct. There are a lot of motors that do come with the shorter cables. But good thing all cables are universal. I too have 180mm cables in stock...

The cables are universal because of ROAR rules, which so many people (especially the 1/8 electric conversion crowd) seem to hate.

it comes down to homologation rules, that if a sensor port is used, it must used a specific connector and pin config.... good on the governing bodies!!
