I still wonder if having a GT1 and GT2 might be a possibility if some sort of series can be manifested similar to what they run in the UK or something

I personally would like to see WGT go to boosted and keep the spec tire. Going to boosted would rely more on the drivers skills and keep the dollar amount down on spending for new motors as soon as the latest and greatest thing comes out. But like I said, this is just my opinion.

I agree with you. Blinky is more expensive. You have to have strong motors and top batteries if you race with competitive guys.

Boost is a big equipment equalizer. People complaint about how hard it is to figure out but its really not that bad. I figured it out in one evening of research on line and one afternoon of racing.

About tires...the spec lilacs are awesome. If you can't get a WGT to handle with lilacs you aren't going to do any better with any other compound. We run lilac on asphalt and carpet here in FL.

I prefer the blinky mode- I don't burn up esc's or motors. As for the tires GQ WGT liliacs work great both indoors and outdoor here in Florida.

Thanks. Its been a year long project. Nearly gave up on it at first when I realized the chassis was out of spec with the current inline battery cars. Now that its done I no longer have an excuse not to bring it out.

Was going through some older threads and got to thinking about this, especially with the USLMP and LM1 classes. might be nice if the interest is there for having the three run together on a race weekend. not necessarily at the same time but on the same program weekend to weekend
