hey all: I came across this on redrc and thought i'd post it here for all to comment on. Also in the article it said craig drescher is getting away from the tc class. Does this meen he's geting out of rc altogether or just the tc class and why?

CML Distribution have confirmed that 1/10th scale touring car ace Olly Jeffries has left Hot Bodies & Mirage Racing and has returned to his roots by signing for Associated & CML. Olly will campaign the TC5R throughout the winter of 2008 and summer 2009 and having tested the car he felt immediately that he was making the right choice and will join current drivers Alan Bickerstaff, Andy Robson and Steve Lander. With European Associated representative Craig Drescher stepping away from the Touring scene, the time was right for Olly to come back and lead the team into 2009.

Craig Dresher hasn't done any TC this year, certainly not at the nationals anyway.

Craig did race in the TITC. He's a top bloke, perhaps the best 'bloke' in RC Racing. We had some funny moments after racing a couple of nights during the TITC with Juho and co - good times.

I've followed Olly's racing for a while now and he's always been in the top 4 running cars in the UK for quite a while. Usually its been Andy Moore, Elliot Harper, Chris Grainger and Olly Jefferies, the consistent ones at least. The guy's got talent and I think he will do well at AE. Best of luck to him!
