I'm not sure...looking at the pic you post mounted on the RW, it mite be to short. If you PM me your address I'll drop it into the mail to you. You don't owe me anything for it. I have a couple, so no big. As long as you can put it to good use.

if it will work, how much do i owe you for the part?
Hey Tommi Makkinen, I was thinking I'd like to pick up a Lotus 99T for my 103 chassis. How easy was it to adapt to the F103? Could you describe what you had to do?

Thanks in advance,

Mike

Hi mike,

the Lotus 99T body used to be on the Road Wizard Chassis. but adapting the body to the F-103 is a bit easy. the body pretty much drops in to the 103 but i had to re-cut the area of the front suspension so that its cleaner and has more lexan around the front suspension area.

As for the front wing, I had to salvage the wing from a Williams FW-12 which was made for the F-101 and it fits fine. the Lotus front wing was integrated with the front suspension on the road wizard...

i'll post some of my WIP pics of the lotus body mod work...

Vyger, your cars make me happy to the pants, they are incredible!
I've been collecting the Group C's as I've had the money here and there, So far I have the Mazda 787B and the Nissan R91CP.
Was going to move on to the old Tam F-1's as soon as I've completed my C car collection

Thanks ultegrasti, we're all friends on here. You can cruise over and look at them any time. Just give me a waring call first. LOL

Here are some new pics. Below are the twins

Here's my Williams FW 16, it's a F103 but I had to show some pics of it.

And here's my Ligier, also a F103

i like that Louts 107 which you made into a FW-16

speaking of Lotus...

i scored this gem in a garage sale near my house...

Lotus 102B Judd... complete and still unassembled...

and this little number as well...

seems to me its a Road Wizard chassis. i tested the Lotus Judd body on the car just for the heck of it... seems to be a good fit...

Dude! Nice score! I'm looking for a RW myself. I have the Williams FW12 body kit Tamiya released for that car. I just need a chassis for it. I can't wait to see it all together and painted. Make sure you post pics.

i'll give it my best shot bro. my target was the unassembled F-102 Lotus... the guy threw in the RW chassis for next to nothing... if you like, maybe you have a spare F-103 or F-102 body you want to dispose of even if its painted... maybe we can do a trade...
