Anyone using a Futaba 3pm 2.4ghz with a Mamba MAX ESC?
 

Anyone using a Futaba 3pm 2.4ghz with a Mamba MAX ESC?

Reason I ask is because the receiver in the 3pm 2.4ghz requires a 6V BEC according to the manual, and the Mamba MAX only puts out 5V.

The reason I posted in this forum is becuase there are way more folks who view this one so I figured I'd ask here. My apologies in advance if I'm out of line in asking in thie section.

hi, I use the same "combo" : futaba 3pm 2.4ghz and mamba max........ it works perfectly !!

Are you using a digital servo?

Also, are you using HRS mode on the radio, or PPM mode?

...... digital servo(futaba 9551) and PPM mode......
(HRS mode does not produce a significant increase in performance and may get trouble with lot of esc.... ;)
