Since my driving has improved I've made it 3 consecutive race days without breaks but there have been some common parts that are probably similar to other TCs...
Most common for me after a run in with the boards:
1. Screws that hold arm mounts bend
2. Front bone blades
3. Castor blocks
4. Wheel bearings
5. Arms
I'm running the hard components (rear hubs, blocks and knuckles) on my asphault setup now (high bite tracks) and the P-Dub front bumper and now I'm just doing regular maintenance on diffs and shocks.

I don't have 5. Wait, try this.
1 Blades
2 Blades
3 Blades
4 Caster Blocks
5 Wheel Bearings
The whole week at the ROAR Nats. The only thing I broke was a steering
knuckle. Only a few arms since I have had the car (about a year?)

1) Caster blocks (I finally replaced mine with TC4 ones and havent broken one since)
2) Steering blocks
3) Pulling ball-studs out of the rear-up-rights
Other than those, I have yet to replace any other parts for being "broken"
I have been driving a TC5 since they came out and have two that race weekly.
Here is the parts I have replaced for wear-and-tear in the order of "how often"
1.) Diff balls/rings
2.) Diff out-drives
3.) Ball-Cups
4.) A-Arms
5.) Chassis (asphalt one only)
2) Steering blocks

any thing on the car can break but i think the steering knuckles break more than anything else get plenty. the diffs if built right, broken in properly i feel are some of the best on the market easy to adjust per instruction manual. get the aluminun roll center holders and the screws they bend and strip and rear hubs
#24
Ill bend and strip your rear hubs. he he.

Has anyone seen someone who makes aluminum steering blocks? Diggity makes excellent caster blocks why not make some steering blocks

The #1 most replaced part should be a new Kydex front bumper. That will solve 95% of the breakage problems, and is a must for carpet, especially foam racing.

Hello,
I've mine since the beginning of the year, i run 6.5 + 5 cells :
i've the alum diff.
I've replaced :
Bearings because i don't like the original,
Diffs balls (Acer nitride balls) => a must have.
next will be the CVD's + blades.
