Vortex Buggy

Hey guys- a few questions about my mod motor.

First of all, does anybody know of any sites where I can get more info on how to set up the motor? The back end keeps falling off- I don't know which notches should line up with which. I can't screw it in. Also, how do I adjust the timing on the motor? I thought it was running fine- it seems like it has a lot of horsepower but almost zero torque.
