No, but my painter (RockStarPaint.com) said he bought clear matte spray paint there and it stays on fine. Probably Rustoleum or Valspar.
Car doesn't look like this any more, but the matte is still there.

Guys, he said he wants the paint on the inside. Honestly, I'm not sure what you could do to achieve a flat or satin finish on the outside with only paint on the inside. Maybe lightly media blast the painted sections on the inside prior to paint? I really don't know if you have many options?
Edit: Just for clarity I don't advise using dog crap. I don't think that can have any positive outcome.

As I am the one who posed the question unclearly, I will take the blame for the "outside" issue. I was wanting to avoid someone saying, "just paint it black on the outside".
Thank you for the clarification about the dog poop. I only have cats and didn't want to be forced to raid the neighbor's yard for painting supplies. :-)
