Seriously, how much money does someone have to have to even THINK about buying that? The quality of a actual Camaro show car for that amount of money would be amazing!

Can anyone tell me how the graphics on the wheels are done? paint? Sticker?

They are stickers, I use the tire decals from a Tamiya F1 sticker sheet.

like disaac said, they are stickers - usually from F1 kits.. I know TQ RC has tire stickers you can buy - all the major suppliers

That's a great source Pete. Racing Champions has done a bunch of nice diecast muscle cars over the years. You can google them. Some awesome schemes too. I started collecting them but eventually stopped because it's an addiction!

You guys see these new Cleveland blower/scoops from RPM? RC Car Action did a product announcement on them. Probably not legal or aerodynamic for racing, but oh man do they look cool!!!
