I've had the M11 and the DX3R and I went back to the M11. More features and most importantly its more comfortable for me. DX3R felt like a little toy I was gonna break.

I gave the DX3R a test drive just a while ago....

Liked the fit ...
Like the response of the radio
Liked the weight ...
Like the feel of the steering...
Did not like the extra throw on the trigger , just could not get use to it ...

Over all in fair comparison ...

Like my M-11 2.4 way more ....
Any driver can copy a great set up, a Champion however will steal it .

I love the features of the radio and the deciding factor is the trigger throw mainly on the braking side. I also found it hard to get used to once I raced with the M11. I just find the feel of the radio comfortable.

Now some folks talk about it being top heavy but I keep my arms in tight and rest the bottom of the transmitter against my chest so it is supported. Doing that I guess keep me from noticing the weight. I do this to be sure my radio is not in others line of site and the support also helps me with control.
