Yes they are identical to SP motors, Roche and SP engage in cross business sales with each other.

btw, does the 10.5 version (black can, with purple label) come with a sintered rotor?

I bought 11.5R SP Feigao and Roche, but i didn't try yet Roche.
I could tell you SP Feigao is sintered and i am convinced they are the similar, due they are also from the King Golden of HK and their price are so close in LHS of there.
