iTS POSSIBLE BUT THATS AN EXPENSIVE OPTION, YOU MIGHT BE BETTER GET PARTS THAT ARE ALREADY ANODIZED, best place to try is CML, or a main dealer for tamiya! Hope that helps:D

The thing to do is to check/call around with your local machine shops that do machine or aluminum work and ask if they do anodizing and what colors they have available as well as the cost if you supply the parts to them (as well as if they do stripping of your old parts if they're other colors). But if you're going to be picky, my guess is you're most likely to find yourself unhappy - or unable to afford it once you find out what it costs to not have it done in bulk. good luck |
thanks for all the input! One last question would black come out black on all alloy the same?? I am kinda picky so maybe black is a better color and do accents Tamiya blue like screws and such.

that was addressed and answered in Post #9
and, as I alluded earlier, might I suggest "being picky" be eliminated from your equation ;) |

I'd get TRF 416 and put Xray stickers on it:lol: besides, in about 5 months a new Xray will be out...so there goes your baby blue.
