Well my crc is a 200mm but I'll pick up one of these bodies and wait for crc to release the optional 235 and will run this body just because it looks so wicked.

Thumbs up P905B

This was one of the most amazing and bad-azz racecars ever conceived - in my opinion. I'd give about anything to drive this thing around the LeMans circuit. I'd even try to fit into the "wine & cheese" crowd - if I absolutely had to.

Dale,

Are you guys looking at designing 200mm GTP bodies like the 905b? That would be killer!

Dale - those pics are great. i remember running your first Peugeot body back in the day w/ a detached wing that we mounted to a HPI lower pod plate. that was big fun.

A first class job, as usual, and as expected. Respect!
Thanx for the link btw. My favorite was a few pages later... Nice wheels as well.

Very cool car...my favorite though will always be that 962/956 next to it Andy's used to have the best looking 962 body of any of them. Would love to see a Protoform one just as good if not better

Any chance of a 905 in 1/12th scale?

This "new" Peugeot 905B body from Protoform is the HD version. For those of you that want the MD version (which I like better personally), you can get this body from Corally (# PF 905B-HD) and also Corally still stocks the Nissan P35 body in 235mm (# 78226)

I currently run the 905B MD version on my project Pro10 and it runs great, I run it on a rather large high speed asfalt track in Heemstede (Holland). I haven't tried the HD version yet but if I'm honest... I don't like the front of the body although it will perform very good...

The 905 HD is the high downforce but it is not the same as the HDI linked above. That HDI looks interesting...it looks like an LMP car with a F1 nose.

Really sweet looking. What I'd REALLY like to see though is 1/10th pan (or even sedan for that matter) start using lids from the American Le Mans series or the Rolex series. Those things are just sex on wheels and seeing a bunch of them ripping around a track would be awesome.

That's because the Protoform body is a model of the Peugeut 905B (in High/Medium downforce versions) and the last 24hrs of LeMans was driven with the Peugeot 908 model so they are two different types of cars...
