Cool Serpent S400 optional parts

I'm trying to track down option parts that will fit the s400 or alter net brands parts that fit.. hopups

I'm currently running the tamiya trf415 cvd's in the front..

but i'd like to know about other parts you guys have tried and work..

could we start a list of option parts used.. and maybe info on where to get them...

I heard that the trf front knuckles fit the s400, now is there an alu set that fits...?????

lets try keep this thread just to option parts for the s400 or your mods to it...

kschu, no wonder u r so much faster than me ... well, boca bearing has the ceramic bearings for much cheaper price too... front knuckles is same as found on yokomo too... i'm not so sure of it from tamiya front 415 knuckles... but as most suspected. it might be the same...

Yokomo hubs are known to strip the tread.

Also, if your nuts you can install a complete TRF415 suspension system.

Hinge pin from trf 415 and the bushing in the suspension holder also fit. i use these.

Thanks for sharing the great idea in this thread.
May I know if any other front one-way unit will fit on the S400 ?
I have limited access of the S400 parts from where I live ...

Thanks
Ernest

Xray T2'007 34T spool pulley fits stock spool aswell, gives front wheels a 2.125/1 ratio. little bit modified flange on the battery side to go over nubs for screws and only use 2 screws instead of 4.

HPI Titanium drift springs also work.

i tested the yokomo SD front on the s400 n it fit but i've not run it. yokomo knuckles only have the outer pivot ball holes.

can a TRF 415 aluminium knuckles fit into s400??? looking forward to change it to aluminium.
