are there any tamiya wheel hexs that are 6 or 7mm to fit this car properly, or any was to increase track width from the inner pivot blocks?
i had some alum wheel hexs but they jammed up the bearing as the pin hole was to deep.

the A-Arms on the tb-03 seem the same to look at in the manual as a evo V ms? are they the same dimensions just a different material? as they have a different part number.

Yes, and yes. All the arms and hubs are same just the tb-o3 is plastic (gives alittle instead of breaking) and the evo Vms, 416, and ta-05 IFS-R all use the carbon reinforced version(stiffer but will break in big hit).

Hey everyone, just thought I'd pass something a long if someone here wanted to do it as well. I just got my TB03 the other day and I am still making tweaks to the drivetrain * plastiguage is my friend* Anyway I was looking at the TB03 spool, ( the one in my evo5 ms ) and decided to lose some weight there by putting 416 WE spool cups on it instead of the heavy steel cups. Its not a direct fit but easy enough to make work if you want to take the time to do it. The aluminum support sleeves can be slid on as well with a little shaving...may not even have to depending on how many shims you used to shim gear mesh. Fits and works fine in the evo, but I will try it out in the TB03 when I actually finish it. I think most of you can figure out what needs to be done to make it work by just looking at them, basically you have to sand/shave the rear of the cup on the spool side to get the lock pin holes to line up, but if not I can post some pics of how I did it. I can't wait to use my "budget" TB03 against all the fancy cars A couple of locals scoffed at me when I talked about how fast the TA05/TB03 cars are. Only one way to set them straight

diffs push when on power coming out of corner, one way has no breaks without spinning out, spool has tons of on power steering and turn in to corner off power is not the best but can be made very good with softer front end shock settings etc....
