Is there any advantage or disadvantage to either chassis for parking lot racing? The carbon drift chassis or the plastic tub.

Need a little help here guys. It looks like you have more gearing options with the carbon drift chassis due to the motor mount and location of the spur?

The stock / kit supplied 06 module spur (64t) will only allow you to run 5.77:1 using a 27t pinion.

You can get the 04 module 96t Spur as an option and use a 51t pinion and that will get you down to 4.58:1 - which is still not enough for a 21.5t.

In a previous post someone mentioned using a 88t spur which will get you down to around 4.21:1

I wish I knew the part number because I'd like one myself.

cheers.

Also have similar question about 21.5 since I'll be running GT3 at TCS soon. currently running 88 spur with 55t pinion for 17.5 and the temps are pretty good. What's the general FDR for 21.5 in touring car?

Yes! I just installed in mine. I think the bars are a bit thinner in the Ta06 kit, but they mount the same.
