It is designed as a 4wd, the weight distribution is wrong for FWD or RWD, it would not handle well.

MavicXXX...

Mat Salleh pun dah kata design wise memanglah untuk 4WD...nak pi tukak ke 2WD lagu lain jadiknya...more or less the same words I have said in Gangsa thread dulu

takpalah...race pun fun race kan...kita jumpa dia Melaka!

I know it is not an ABC Genetic mini, but it's very similar so i thought i'd share!
It's a xpress mini pro chassis, with 3000 kv year racing brushless system and 4200 ferral lipo batteries.
With this setup the car comes in at only 1140 grams!
I'm running TRF short springs to get the ride height down to around 5mm.
Only other non standard parts are a set of 6mm alloy hex wheel drives and aluminium servo mounts from tamiya.
Running my used foams from my nitro cut down to 55mm atm.
first time out with a 44.83mm roll out at whalan, the car handled pretty well to start and was quite a bit quicker than i was expecting!
Still, with a bit of fine tuning of the set up, i think that i will be able to get quuite a bit more lap speed out of her!
Also looks good with the old school Datsun 1200 on top!
Here are some pics of my car to check out!

Any word on a US distributor for ABC's minis? I just broke down and ordered the Blue Bird from RC Mart and I think I might turn it into a drifter since it's 4wd. ABC's shells have to be the coolest ones I've seen anywhere. Do they really fit well on the M03 since they do have slightly different wheelbases and ABC's site seems to say they don't fit. Are the wheel wells precut on their shells?

i have one now, that im selling because its just sitting, but it makes a great drifter. I threw 1.10 wheels on it with type ts and even with the stock setup it drifts really well.
