Pro4 FDR w/ orion 4.5

Getting a orion 4.5 brushless to run mod in my hpi pro4 and wanted to know what fdr i should be running so i can order some gears. Most of the tracks that i will be running are higher speed tracks

Hi Guys...

Need some help on the best fdr for Pro4...
Can you guys give me some information what will be the best fdr when i'm using 11.5t brushless motor?
Small track?
Med Track?
Big Track?
