Anybody knows where i could find some of them but the best quality?

These are from Orion, and are some of the better one. Nexus has a few others to choose from as well if you don't like the Orion plugs.

These right here are the best I have seen. Super thick gold plating. The only thing about these is the wire has to be soldered from the top. They dont have the cut out that dips down on one side if you need to solder your wire horizontally.

Soldering those isn't hard. Might actually hold better.

I want to solder from the top indeed. :)
