I do not think people in here are questionable. Maybe they just wondering if there are another new package as you might already know black/read box version. And after the release of WRC, it seems there are less/no stock of M2 in Asia.

Just enjoy what you have decided now and discover the different.

PS: I'm wondering how much a WRC with Surikarns (an his dad) Signatures on outer box, inner black box, body shell, and motor plate brand new unassemble will worth now??? Any feedback from you guys?

I think your just taking this the wrong way, where just asking some questions, as I said earlier, this sort of thing is not something tamiya does very often....ever!!

To rccarracer: the signature is signed and dated 25 (if not 24) August 2002 (Indonesia Reedy Race) by him and his father.

Some of other local racer also has his signature including "Keyence" I believe.

Moreover, some Xray and other brand drivers also ask him to sign on their body shells.

Anyway, he is coming again as Team Mugen Indonesia for the upcoming 1/8 International race next week.

Hi Pyramid,

Of course I got my WRC signed by Surikarn and his dad. I would be stupid if I miss such a rare opportunity to get my WRC signed by the 2002 World Champ.

Yes, I got him sign on the motor plate and also the box, signed by him and his father.

Probably, I should have asked him to sign on all my 3 cars next time he is here he... he... hee....

Chris, don't get too upset..... we are all just having fun after all. Don't take it too seriously. Any questions / comments posted were just as simple as clarifications / plain simple question. Nothing is meant to offend anybody. So... be cool.....

It would be worth more if you had Miura sign it to so you could have the car designer and the driver. I had this done at the Reedy race but I only had the box signed I was running the kit.

Actually the signed things does not interest me anymore.

I'm now looking for #0001, in case anyone here do have connection for it; but I'm only willing to pay USD1000.

I would say that Tamiya Japan would have #0001. I doubt you could pick it up at all, but if you do, I'm coming after you....

Pyramid,

#0001 is in the factory museum... you will never get it.... Even Surikarn, who is the person that made the car become World Champ for the first time is only getting #0002. Unless you acquire the company, ie. Tamiya Japan.

I'm pretty sure it is in Tamiya Japan Office since the 2002 W Champ drives #0002. Well, just in case someone could...

Do you guys find new setups or tricks that work best for 414M?

PS: Use external grade grease for differential + sticker cover for smooth long lasting run.
