Thanks,

Maybe not more than $300. I have seem them sell for around $250. Mine was fairly new and I got it for $160 shipped. That's with a lot of extra parts.

Almost finish building and cannot race yet. So, I will install a shorty pack and TRF416 steering system.

My 414M2 was a fun build. So far I have a TA04 gear diff, Racy motor mount, EVO5 front spool, short arms, Fiberlyte slotless chassis, and all the usual TRF stuff.

Next thing to do is to install my TRF416 steering system. I need to get the turn buckles first. Also thinking about installing the top camber links to the shock towers.

Joey that gear diff sucks. It makes the car feel really crappy. For a temporary fix. Buy the original top diff. Put black AE grease in it and install a oneway pulley on it. Shim it and good to go. Much better option than TA04 gear diff. Also, if you want the drive train to be more free. Use the TA04 plastic center pulleys. And also, cut off the threaded section of the spur gear shaft. Use the 414 spur gear holder. Screw the set screw in the hole on the shaft. Works perfect. And it's blue

Also, find shorter steering post. If you disconnect them from the top deck. You'll get more steering. With the spool. You have to run the camber links on the shock towers or the car won't transition fast. Use the longer link on the shock tower. Nice build. If you don't get the power your looking for. It's probably the battery. Be prepared to switch to a standard pack. If you start with Tamiya springs. Start blue/blue. Middle hole on shock tower on the front and lay the all the way down in rear. 40wt oil. No rebound. And the shorty arms help a lot. I use the furthest hole out. Should be fun seeing it on the track. You also may want to get the new Tamiya DCJ's

Default WTB TRF414x or 414

Hello,

is there anyone that wants to sell their TRF 414x or 414?

I'm looking for a complete chassis not too worried about condition.

If you have parts or a incomplete parts car I would be interested in that too.

I know these chassis are hard to find and it has been a while since their introduction.

Any help appreciated

Scotty
