I'm not going to answer, you will just find another way to change the meaning of what I say.

PS : my english is quite good, but not enough for me to find other way to explain my view, so I would be grateful if you don't change the meaning of my words in this way.

Cheers

yeah I agree, but didn't I asked Rick to stop several times ?

ANyway, what everyone might admit is that nobody here knows what the 415 (or whatever its name) will be.

Rick -
1. Your manipulation of Cobra's words is not fair, and quite frankly pathetic.
2. Your posts are becoming mind-bogglingly tedious, and not actually going anywhere new.
3. You seem to be deliberately provoking Cobra.....your cool!!!!
4. Please just put a sock in it...

i used to respect rick but hhhmmm i think no more.

if trf is on it then it is a trf model.end of.
the 404 is similar but different to the 414 and same with 414m and m2 and m2 wcr.

the tao4 is just a ta04.
ta04trf has is just more hopped up car.
yes they may have been influeced by the 404 414 range but at the end of the day its another car.
what is the point to all this any way?

any chance we can drop this stupid bickering and move on?

I mean everyone is entitled to their own opinion, right?

So, in the interests of moving back to the actual topic......
Does anyone think Tamiya will continue to pursue the belt drive cars??? I mean any further development, new parts whatever..

I think there is always room for improvement, and I by no means believe that belts are a "dead" platform. I feel they carry many advantages, and can be and are just as competitive as shaft. I think that a drive train being belt or shaft doesn't determin whether the car is good or not, its how its executed, and how the other components are too.

I really do hope that Tamiya do bring out the TRF 415 as I am extremely fond of my trf414m wcr and would not like it to be the last in the series, I want to see the series win more!!!

I can't be the only one to think saddle packs are a pain though??

And don't you find, especially indoors, that the double deck style chassis get tweaked more easily than the likes of XXXS or TC3 ?

saddle packs are a pain....for me

you have to be careful when you put it into the car or you might fry your packs.... and tape sucks...... and velcro can fall off... or you have to drill holes into your chassis

Well, I did not found myself having any big issue with any of my double deck cars, either the 414, 414M or SD (such criticized with this "big" issue).

About Saddle packs, onlu pain for me is that I have one car using saddle and the other using in line packs. Saddle offers a better balance (or you need a centered in line pack like on the pro3).

Yes, general advices about transponders are put them as far as possible from receiver.

Moreover, PT seems to be more problematics.
