Odds are it would do very little to aid in grip unless the parking lot was ultra smooth and dust/debris free. I would recommend Paragon Ground FX if you had to use it anyway.

That's true I'm new to racing , one more thing is there a set up board or set equipment that I can use for 1/10 scale as well as 1/8 scale on road and off road ??? So I don't have to buy stuff for both scales ??

you don't have to buy different set up equipment for each scale
the droop guage and blocks can be used for 1/8 and 1/10 just makes sure you get the 1/8th once
you can use the rpm chamber guage for both classes i believe
Ride height guage is the same too
you dont really need the whole set up system it just makes your life easier and if you get it you have get 3 different systems one for 1/8 on road one for off road one for 1/10 th scale
just get the big 1/8th set up board so any scale can fit on it

For rubber tires on asphalt, I'd use Trinity Tangerine tire tack, or Simple Green. Believe it or not, WD40 works pretty well for rubber tires on asphalt.

If it's foam tire on asphalt, I'd definitely go with Trinity Red Dot, but it does cause cancer in California...
