I am at the track with the 203 and I am finding this is going to be a strong learining curve. Any suggestions for TC 13.5? The start RPM does not seem to take my setting. When I go to calculate rpm a message says to set start rpm and I have already done that. Is there a way not to use this feature?

Need to start with end RPM first and then hit calc and choose a start RPM. Should be fun resting how all this works. What are the RPM ranges for 17.5 and 13.5 anyway?

it pulls so much harder on the bottom that you gather speed faster and will barely need turbo on shorter tracks.. i'm going to start geared around 5.4 and see how she pulls saturday on about 130feet of high grip asphalt.. cant wait..

You need to set end rpm range first

Start here
profile 5
boost 50
turbo 10
delay .1 adjust if more or less is needed on straight
ramp 3
end rpm 7000-6000 (7000 for longer tracks and 6000 for shorter)
start 2400-2500ish

make sure to temp 2 minutes in no matter what

I'm looking at my screen now and once you have your end rpm you select the start rpm, and it looks set. BUT do you know how or what your end RPM should be? I think you need to figure that out too. And how does it calculate the end rpm?

What settings for my esc and motor+ FDR would you recommend for this application. Running in 13.5 superstock class 310 metre long track using rubber tyres, and with the fastest time in this class at the moment being a 21sec lap but with the new software I dont see that lasting long.
The straight is 60metres long btw.

Thanks in advance Cheers Dave

Dave,

I am the Tekin driver for New Zealand.
What software are you planning on using? V200 or the new V203.
I will have my netbook at the international and can help you out with settings although I have not had a chance to try the new V203 yet. I am sure by next weekend there will be some good settings for it though.

Cheers
Darren

Now what we need is for someone to come up with a program or excel spreadsheet that we can use to help us with setting up the new software.
Things like enter your track lenght and straight length and it gives you a starting point for rpm etc.
