Yes a cap is included in the box, the cap MUST be used because it smooths out spikes in the voltage supplied to the ESC under heavy acceleration and braking and it lowers the running temperature too.

Hey again, i posted a month back about cogging with v203 firmware and not v200.

I've tried everything really, new sensor wire, new power cap.

Changed to another motor

ran on 0 timing and 0 boost so cant be a setting issue?

no matter what i try, i still cog on v203.

After all this, i set the speedo back to v200 and all works perfectly.

Im stumped?

Used a different sensor with the other motor (so tried 3) didnt change the A B C wires though? could this cause anything even if it works on v200 fine?

did you check when it is cogging to see if the sensors are working by rolling the drive train and watch 5,6,7 led to see if they flicker

Yep working. its not the sensor wire.

As i said, i can run the car fine on v200 firmware. So isnt a sensor wire problem

usually going to a old version fixes funny issues, have you tried going back to 180 then back to 203
