Now that is just hilarious

We managed to take a few pics. Will see if they can show the disguise work
I also would love to see those pics: [email protected]

With there being hundreds of pages here I realize that Im likely asking about something that has already been covered yet escaped the search feature, but here it goes anyway.

When installing the capacitor, would there be an issue with soldering the cap to a short bit of 16-18 gauge wire and then to the posts, rather than directly to the posts?

The longer the connection between the cap and the esc the less affective it becomes, but short jumps are ok. I have an inch of 18 gauge connecting my RSpro to a rack of capacitors in my b44.

Default Capacitors

Is there to get any advantage to use higher amount of capacitors on RS Pro.
I am asking because som folks talk about the issue using extra caps for the outdoor season.
They believe the punch come quicker, and result coming with a bit more speed out of the corner to the straight will end up with higher speed and finally drop a bit of the lap times.

Thanks if somebody have not only tougth's about it but also has practise or so.
May be Randy Pike wil react on my question.

Thanks

Hey Guys
I am looking for some help here. From all of the positive posts it looks like I might have gotten the only bad speedo. I tried mine (brand new) for the first time this past weekend and my car had zero punch. The speedo seemed to work fine once the car got moving but when you let off for a corner and got back on it it took forever to get going. I have had a couple guys at my track look at it and try their luck with programming it and they have all said the same thing that it must be a bad speedo. I have taken every possible item out of the equation. Different radio, different motor, different battery all with the same conclusion. Anyone else have any ideas as to what else it could be? I have a second RS but it hasn’t been programmed yet so I can’t try that one yet. I have tried programs from the Tekin website as well as different programs from racers at my track.
It is in a TC 17.5T.
Thanks

Did you set your RS to your radio? After each setting change on my RS, I also recalibrate the radio to it. Seems to handle my issues.

Yes I reset the radio. I originally thought it was a radio problem so I tried it with another guys radio at the track that was running an RS and it still had no punch.

One of the guys has it on his phone. When we get back I will get it off him and post. Hopefully it is clear enough.

I believe Scoty Ernst also saw it
