here is a pic sorry kinda crappy
Casey make sure the voltage cut off ESC is set to 3v. This is the slider all the way up not the #3 setting on the slider.

I heard a rumor that the new software is being test and it is awesome!

Get your 1s Lipo pack voltage checked at TECH (MAX. 4.22V)

Turn on your transmitter

Plug in the 1s Lipo DEANS connector

Turn on your 1s Lipo BOOSTER on-off switch

Turn on your ESC on-off switch (only necessary if your ESC has 1s Lipo voltage cut-off feature enabled)

LET'S GO 1s Lipo RACING!

Once the race is over...

Turn off your ESC switch

Turn off your 1s Lipo BOOSTER switch

Disconnect the 1s Lipo DEANS connector

Turn off your transmitter
i was looking more when i wire it in, and do i keep both switches...etc...thanks tho

the VC is off, when turned on to 2v or 3v only get 3 lights on assuming the means the battery voltage too low?? battery voltage at 4.14

i'm guessing I have 3 bad motors LOL
it will go thru it inital start up when I roll the motors over but still no chimes!!!

Are you running a booster or a receiver pack? From what you are describing it almost sounds like the voltage cutoff is kicking in. If either one of these is bad then even with the battery at 4.14 volts the motor might not tuen over.

No booster or rx pack, I pick one up 2maro when the shop opens up
what about the Cap think it might be bad? when the esc is working right, spin the motor over it takes off for a few sec then shuts down

might all be related to no booster or rx pack??

You need the booster or receiver pack to get everything to function properly.

I've emailed Ty @ Tekins a months ago. Going with 1S lipos. You do have to install a booster, or a battery pack, one or the other, but not both. Hotwire do ck on 1S lipo. He say www.tqcells.com has a good one.

Good Luck!

I raced this weekend and I became 6th.
I was surprised to be in the A final because there were a lot of good drivers that normally drive in front of me.
There was also a second surprise.
A driver that normally was driving behind me was now faster than he normally was.
He drove fast.
After each corner he drove away from me. The technical parts of the track were still for me but after that part he was faster than any other car.
I thought that he used a SPX but I don't now if he used it this Sunday.
I think that he used an other speedo.
For the rest no complains about the power but I can't wait till I have some extra power.

The AE works like this.
He drives a way with a lower voltage and ad's Voltage to accelerates.
It also uses timing. The timing changes depending on the power that the motor uses. So when the motor has it heavy to accelerate it lowers the timing. When the motor allows it, so it's using less power it ad's timing to gain more speed.
So it combines those 2 things to accelerate.
This way the speedo doesn't ad to much timing for the motor as it has it heavy. It changes this constantly. In a corner when the motor has it heavier when you accelerate, the timing changes.

No, it's smart adaptive control. I'm sure as the motor load lightens it increases timing. This also helps keep the motor operating at its highest efficiency thus using less battery power.

Hopefully this is what Tekin is working on and that the current Micro in the Rs can handle the computational needs.

I'm no ESC engineer but it sounds like it's a 3d map like current fuel computers for 1/1 cars, there is some value that is determined as the "load" and you can adjust timing / voltage or current against that value to get the optimum setting. They could in theory also do something like lower overall current or voltage if the sensor was reading the motor was running too hot and prevent thermalling at the expense of some performance.
