Back in the real world (work). I just wanted to say "Thanks' for hosting the Nationals. From my side, the week went very well. From the RMT to the drink cart. Everything was ran very efficiently. Sure, the track had bumps. But unless you were driving Mod (be honest. Those things a freakin missiles) It was doable. And Thanks to everything Q and crew did to make the week go by. It was fun, and I had a good time. For those who couldn't make it. You missed a good one.

That is for 13.5 super stock and 17.5 stock. If the manufacture has any modified motor approved the 10.5 version is legal

I wanted to take a second to recognize Kyle and Jason from Hacker. These guys came to the race and made a great impression on me and many of the locals.

They put in some decent runs but what really stood out to me was how friendly and helpfull they were to myself and many others.

Kyle keep doing what you are doing. And thanks for the rip!

Yes it is posted under the approval's section on ROAR's site. The inductance numbers used to be posted there as well but are not now.

It is still in effect and they made an announcement about it. Anyone caught doing so would be terminated from the event. Needless to say the lipo sacks came out

Yea what Rob Said. Also the racer was asked about and said he was "discharging it" which you do NOT have to have in a sack for that.

I might be missing something.. but http://www.roarracing.com/approvals/brushlessmotors.php

ROAR website - www.roarracing.com
click on 'approvals'
click on 'brushless motors'

About the 10.5 - yes, it is a modified motor and we have permitted any wind submitted with 13.5's and 17.5 of modified for evaluation and its been approved. Since we require five motors per wind, we are able to gather the information required.

Should you have questions regarding the process, you can contact ROAR Technical Director, David Lee at [email protected] or at my email which is listed below.

Yes they are.. they are listed on the approval list as they have been for several weeks now. You can pull up the list and look to the far right of Stock and Super Stock motors.

If you are caught at a ROAR event charging a Lipo battery outside of a safety barrier device (lipo sack) - you will be disqualified from the event and asked to leave the premises.

Sometimes, reminders are helpful......
