I,m just about to start to get some new tools together.
hex wrenches
wheel wrenches
lexan hole reamer

Would it be a wiser move to pay more for quality stuff?
i.m currently looking at schumacher,hudy,integy,fastrax stuff.??
any sugestions.

Integy and dynamite wrenches have been good, Hudys are very good. Duratrax nut drivers are good but the duratrax hex wrenches you may want something better if you are doing screws that require a lot of torque. Oh and MIP is very good.

To have every posible wrench in a pouch is sweet. Then all you need is nutdrivers. I took out the few wrenches that I will never use and replaced them with brush, nut drivers, and marker. Entire tools in one location.

I believe the duratrax tool he commented on are not the "ultimate set". The ultimate set is both reasionably priced and good quality. And easy to get replacments if you break the tips or your buddy indeffinatly borrows a tool

I have sets of the Dynamite hex drivers and nut drivers and they are adequate, and cheap.

However, I picked up a set of metric Team Losi hex wrenches and the feel and fit are night and day above the dynamites. They even have replaceable tips. It was $34 for a set of 4, versus $15 for a set of 5 or 6 Dynamite wrenches.

It really is amazing how good tools can make the difference - but the Dynamite ones will do the job just fine.

Im not sure about US market, but in europe i think Hudy is the best deal. For me they are undoubtedly the best, and the price diference isn't that much. Just my .2 cents

BTW, i dont run xray anymore, so i consider myself unbiased

for the hex wrenches, i suggest you go for the quality stuff... hudy, EDS... etc. the cheap stuff tend to get their tips rounded rather easily and you end up with rounded screws.
