I beleive that it was answered with the statement about the heat sink. you can not take the motor apart. so it follows you can not change out the rotor

I have never heard anything about the rear bumper, so I don't think that would be an issue.

if they follow the gbs rules for foam, there is a rule about how high you can cut the rear bumper

Better to plan on no rotor changes. Two motors available should be "o.k." but I'm sure that if you blast through both of them Scotty & Boomer will help out when/if the time comes. But given that this is a handout to try and level the playing field, I believe we should all count on just the motors we get without modifications or swaps. Again, if something tragic happens, we have world class race directors to make the call.

In terms of the rear bumper being cut too high........ it's a good question and one that does pop up at ROAR events. Personally, I've been in the habit of cuttin the rear bumper out. For this event, I'm going to show up with an uncut bumper and if I can, I'll chop it out with an 'ok' from the tech bench. Bottom line, don't cut it out until you get there.

ONLY 39 DAYS LEFT! Ya'll ready to race?
