One thing is for sure.
There is plenty of time to work through the details of this years race.
I'm confident that this year the Champs will be a great race event.

Drop the TC Masters class.
Replace it with the 4-cell Pro-10 class,
add in a 17.5/27T rubber tire and it's all good!

actually that sounds quite good, now that masters would be dropped that would add more entries otherplaces. all i want tho is more people in one class. that way there is more competition
well exept for one thing, rubber should be 13.5

All I can say is last years layout was one of the best ever. Mind you the speeds that all classes are going. I hope Terry will come up with another great RACE TRACK !!!

PS- NO RUBBER TIRES

12th masters - 17.5/27t
12th stock - 17.5/27t
12th modified - 10.5 and down

FOAM:
tc stock - 17.5/27t

Pro 10 - 13.5/4-Cell

I'm kind of thinking that six classes are plenty.

12th stock - 17.5/27t
12th superstock - 10.5/19t
12th modified - 10.5 and down

FOAM:
tc stock - 17.5/27t
tc modified - 10.5 and down
Pro 10 - 13.5/4-Cell

I could almost care less what happens in sedan. I don't run 12th mod, and would like another 12th class to run in. I'm definitely down for some Pro-10.

Then again we dont really need 19turn/10.5 I think 5 classes would be the best, and again like Walt said NO RUBBER

Wow, kill 19 turn, that's a really great idea. Kill the one class that has close to the number of entries that stock has and keep mod.

Let's see here, what were the lowest entries from last year? ALL mod classes and T/C masters had a full A and B main with some in the C. About 30 entries for these classes! Mod sedan won't even have a full B main the way things are going.

I run mod and killing 19 turn before killing open mod doesn't make sense to me. If anything kill mod because only like 20 guys are going to miss it.

I think that 19 turn should stay but change to the 2009 rules for "superstock". Then add the GT10 class in place of masters Touring (I'll bet the masters guys would be interested in this new class anyways).
