Set the body on top the car and line it up. Mark the body mount position on the body with a sharpie marker. If the body is already painted, shine light under it to see the body mounts. You can use a drill to make the holes or a body reamer

You can get consistent holes by using a 1/4" drill bit. And if you're really good a .22 Long Rifle at 50 feet.:lol:
