No, they have many differences. The general geometry is very similar, but the bulkheads have been moved in to be narrower, this changes the mounting holes in the towers and the new towers are different. Arms, upper deck, steering, lower deck, bulkheads, rear hubs, sway bars, etc. are all different. Only some small stuff can be used from the older RDX car- ball studs, steering knuckles, hinge pins, roll center hinge pin blocks, screws, etc. There is not enough similarities to have a service pack.

Handling wise, the two cars are very similar, due to sharing many of the suspension components. But as Carl said, almost all of the chassis and drivetrain components are different and making a service pack would be pointless because it would contain 80% of a new car. The changes give the Phi more adjustments and is MUCH easier to work on and adjust.

Sorta Kinda in a Way, BUT then again, Not Really.

The PHI is a more competitive car, where every little tweak here and there makes a difference.

The major difference is all the things you wanted to make- servicing the RDX the RDXPHI has. When you break something on the Phi you can fix it a heck of alot quicker and easier. They are both great cars.
