Default Electric Motor Bearings

If I install ball bearings on a bushing-equipped motor, how much gain will I achieve in terms of efficiency, torque and rpm?

Lets say on a Tamiya RZ motor...

should be quite abit on the papers but not really on the track i think. but its worth changing it anyway... for the price of the ball bearing.. its the best efficiency u can get.
