, but I haven't run carpet competitively for a long time, and my basic pro 3 setup has changed since then - basically I run a higher roll centre front and rear, using 3mm spacing on the front hub carriers, and the upper hole on the rear hub carriers.
Shock length depends mostly on tyre diameter - i.e. you set it for 1-2mm of droop at the front, and 2-3 at the rear - normally 65.5 to 66 is a good overall length for rubber tyres (as foams wear, you need to extend the shock length to keep the droop).
