Default Capacitor on a V12 ESC?

I was wondering if anybody is using a cap for their V12 model ESC...

I was looking a new esc for my micro...and i think a V12WE was a good choice....

but where could i find a website that has the spec for the V12 models??

Yes I'm using a capacitor on my V12

Here's a link for some more info

www.gm-racing.de/englisch/hauptseite/index_e.htm

And i think the speedo is more than a match for a micro

Why would you want to get a V12 for your Micro? Just get the LRP sport. Smaller, lighter, and cheaper. Would do the job easy! I think the V12 is overkill. I have a V12xc, but it's strickly for my Yokomo Touring car. I use the Novak cap right now. If you need more, just get a couple of them and but them in parallel.

The cap comes with the speedo, but FYI it's 820uF 16V

the V12WE is actually cheaper than the Quantum Pro sport..

the V12WE is around $130CDN and the Pro Sport is around $160CDN...

ya, i guess i will go for the Pro Sport...

I'm not talking about the LRP Pro Sport. I'm just talking about the LRP Sport. Cheapest I've seen it stateside is $70 USA. You don't need alot for the micro. We are only talking about these tiny motors that pull what 6amps? If that? Like I said, it's smaller and lighter! Plus if you wanted, just rip the casing off and shrink wrap it. Even smaller and lighter! I dunno, just my 2¢

it draws less than 5amps for the micro...

so let say a pro sport have 100 something amps...

that means its more than enough right??

how about 1/10 scale motors?

The reason why i want a pro sport is because maybe later on i will get back to 1/10

Well if that's the case, just get the V12xc and it'll be all said done!
