Yay! An actual picture. If the leads exit the case out the top (bottom?) they'll work for me. Well, maybe not, if it has the "bumps"

its doesnt matter what side the leads are on cause if you dont like it you can flip it over and not use the cell bumps, and bamn its just like any other lipo

And with the wires coming out where they do and you dont use the cell numbs its actualy optimal for any car as the leads(wires) will never interfear with any bulkheads or battery straps so you will never have to try and fish your speedo wires through bulkheads and or battery straps.

yea that would work. but then what's the point of having the nubs in there if you're just gonna flip it over? CF chassis probably won't be a problem but it might interfere with installing into a tub chassis.

Coming out the end is better then the side IMO. More options and generally more clearance. Why do you say wrong side? Thats the same side you would solder a NiMh on in a sedan. With the exit location on end, I think offering a top exit and bottom exit option would be a smart idea though.

Now, had they ran the leads straight up like a NIMH pack, there'd be no problem. This.. i'm a little concerned about.

As please as I`v been with my year old Carbon`s 3200, I`m replacing um with the Reedy Li-Po....
