Tire truing
Hey Guys
Does anybody know where to get those grit boards that I've seen Hebert & Chicky use after truing tires to smooth down the edges?

If anyone is looking for a "Lipo" Chassis for your R5 I found one and it's pretty cool! It is a solid chassis with some cut outs in the front similar to the stock chassis where the transponder mounts. It has servo holes drilled for JR, KO & Futaba. Also the front end is a hair wider to smooth out the car a bit.
If you want one or info just shoot an email to [email protected]

They're also available at Stormer too.

To be more specific, I was going to add the Hudy weight under the battery to add rigidity to the chassis. If addition weight was nessesary, I was going to add it around the center line on the bottom of the rear pod.
Do the hudy weight fit snuggly into the battery slots? Has anyone added weight to the rear pod? I'm curious as to what this will do for the handling.

I smear a small drop on the lower portion of the king pin that slides up and down in the lower arm pivot ball. A coating is typically all that is needed.

I would recommended you not worry about the kingpin lube yet. It is a little messy, and unless you're committed to attending to it every other run or so, you will not gain any consistency. For you Bill, I would suggest staying on top of your tire sizes, ride height, camber and diff. If you really want though come by my room and I'll show you how/where the lube goes.

Anybody tried lowering the 5 pivot balls by 0.6mm?
Something there doing in Europe on the for V-Dezign CR4 which helps improve the handling. The CR 4 uses the AE pivot balls etc
