Good to hear that there is a place already with a definite base for this kind of racing. I know that there are some tracks in the USA that are definitely on board as well and to those guys, let's see pictures and video from you guys racing too once people start getting their cars.

Nah, looks like about 14 actually.
We are quite excited to ship the Gen-X 10 starting later this week. Production cars will be in action in Canada this weekend. We will have cars running in both 200 and 235 mm versions. With all the flexibility in this new ride, I am sure it will meet the needs of many onroad racers.

Hi,
Thanks for the interest.
We will get a picture up here or on the website soon. The actual width is really adjustable. We have the basic car kit at 200 mm. With the optional 235 mm kit, the front end is adjustable from 215 - 232. The rear end is adjustable from 230 to around 240. The 235 kit is not 100% finished, so these exact numbers will change slightly, but this is the range you can expect. This adjustability, coupled with the easy change between Lipo and NimH amkes this car will fit most any class. And as we mentioned on the site, the only Pro-10 with a balanced rear pod. Our new Pro-10 specific diff hub makes this all possible.
Some CRC staff will be in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada this weekend running the car. Cars in both 200 mm and 235 mm will be running. If you're up that way, say hi to the guys.

I hope that means our shipment to Victoria is on its way. There are about 10 cars coming to our club - can't wait! If the Gen X 10 is as sweet as the Gen X there is going to be some serious Pan Car hurt being laid down at IRROC ;P

I'm in Canada too but I don't think I'll be able to travel 2,649 miles to get to the track to take any pictures. Maybe some of the other guys in Canada can cover that

Looking like 20+ Pro10 cars of all varieties at IROCC once the order arrives (22 my last count)! Nice that old and new can come together and be competitive.
Are there any current Pro10 cars coming to market that are fixed width or do not have conversion capability or kits?

John and Tom Firsching from CRC will be running the Gen-X 10's in Canada. They are planning to concentrate on running the stick pack Lipo with brushless motors as we speculate that this will become the most popular configuration of this class in the future. With the 7.4 pack on an outdoor asphalt track, the cars should be a real ball to run. I do hope the 1/8 cars give room on the backstraight.
