OVAL RACING - Southern Calif. - Encino Velodrome
 

If you are in the Southern Calif. area and want to see High Speed 1/10th scale OVAL Racing - the SWTour Series will be at the Encino Velodrome this Saturday.

Located just a few miles off the 101 and 405 freeways in the heart of the San Fernando Valley the Encino Velodrome is a 250 meter High Banked Concrete Bicycle racing track found at the Fraklin Fields Baseball complex.

The Oval cars reach speeds over 60 MPH on this track - and the "Worlds Fastest R/C Driver" Nic Case, along with a few others will also be on hand trying to set some INSANE SPEED RUN records, or at least testing for them...

....want to try YOUR hand at a Velo Race? We are offering a NEW "Break-Out" class to allow guys who have never run on a velo the chance to run "Whatcha Brung" type cars...and get a feel for the size and speed of this track. (13.0 second breakout lap times)

AMB Personal Transponders are required and not provided.

Entry is $25.00 for normal classes - and just $15.00 for the 'break-out' class.
