They all probably start at a similar voltage; but, it's noticeably higher at the end of the run with the SMC 5000 pack over the Orion 3600/3800s I used to run. Thanks Danny.

Do not know about that one,but I do know that the SMC 5000 or 4000 fits and it is a better lipo Mike Haynes ran one at the IIC and he runs a Losi...Hope that helps later Drew

with a very slight mod, the 5000 fits the type R.


and with NO modification it fits my RDX just fine.

For the type r go with the smc 4000, the 5000 will only fit with a lot of dremel work. The orion is just about drop in.

Default CRC Gen X-10 Pan Car Fitment

The new SMC 5000 pack with the wires coming out of the top fits my CRC Gen X-10 pan car perfectly...No chassis mods required.

The Checkpoint balancer is the same as the Equinox so you will need the Equinox 2S harness as the Equinox uses the same style connector we use.

Just ordered my 1st SMC 5000 new top exit--carbon edition.

Now...to get a head start on things, can someone point me in the direction to an adapter to use with the Trackpower balancer please. TIA
