Default suspension setup

i have reciently changed over to a Ford AU falcon body from a toyota gt body and the suspension setup is going to have to change i have to rear traction.
im running
Colt 10 ep touring car (u prolly never hurd of it)
oil threaded shocks.
super hard on the front
hard on the rears
no camber
small amount of toe in on the front
does any one know what i can do so i have more rear traction

soften up the rear tyres or the suspension give a abit of camber 1-2 deg then toe in on the rear 2-4deg
get rid of the toe on the front and soften it up a bit but keep it harder than the rear or you may get a lot of over steer
