The couple of obscure sites that i found it on said it was in stock but, they didn't actually have it. I had a friend that speaks Thai call them.

It's the only VBC car I don't have, really didn't want to race it just complete the collection. For FWD cars the MTS FF pro V1 or V2 kick major ass. Well completly dominate a FF03 or FF04evo. I think the FF12 has the same issue as the Tamiya FWD cars. They are too heavy. My MTS FF Pro V1 weighs 1152 race ready.

They was a guy on the VBC Fanactics Facebook group that was in South Afirca that had one that he was will to sell. Post up there and I am sure you will get a response.

Help me...i cant decide which is the best.
used HUGE ff12 with xray aluminum front knuckle (really good condition) or
used SERPENT s411ff with belt modified, xray aluminum front knuckle, xray aluminum c-hub, xray arm (must buy chassis & arm because bad condition) or
bnib MTS FF ver.2

note : in my country, in every race have a regulation for the provision of a minimum weight.
sorry for my bad english

It is a great class, OSherman! I just picked up a FF04 EVO from OVA - and need to build it. Also, just picked up an FF03 R today! Gonna see if I can run with the USGT guys with it at our track. It's a small carpet track and probably won't be able to hang with them as there aren't really any "long" straights, but I am getting them mostly just to have fun with.

If I get tired of losing I can run a Tamiya TB Evo6 or my TC6.1.

we have similar tastes.. was just thinking I need to bring out my FF03Evo to compare to my FF04Evo now that ive had similar amount of tracktime with both..

Upcoming Tamiya Nats will be a good shakedown of both..

Just getting back into RC after about a 15+ year layoff. Back in the day (mid-late '90's) I ran the TCS races here in Oklahoma and 1 or 2 in Texas. My favorite class is F1 (by far), but also ran the GTP cars (Nissan R91CP) and the FWD class. Those were some great times. I only ever ran 4WD once or twice. In the hey-day of TCS races that we had here in Tulsa, F1 and FWD were the biggest classes. That started changing though as more 4WD sedans came from other companies... HPI, AE, & Losi, etc.

F1 and FWD slowly faded as people bought the "new" touring 4WD's. Cool to see that people still like the Fwd platform, as I always found it to just be "fun".

I've been running my FF03 with Outlaw VTA at Cal Raceway. Hopefully there will be more FF's to have our own class Sept 4th.

I've upgraded my MTS FF v1 with xray suspension arms, direct fit and much better quality. Love my FWD.

In about 2001 I used to race a Tamiya FF02 down at my local, had to be silver can back then. But racing against TC3 spec kits and the Yokomo MR spec kits. I pulled the gear diff out and ran a ball diff in it and on the long straight aways you'd run circles in the other stuff.

But it was great fun mostly, it's a shame the ETS doesn't introduce a FWD class.

pulled the FF03evo out of the mothballs to get back to terms before TCS Nats SpeedWeek..

had to make a few minor changes to get it to respond to my current driving style (last drove it two years ago). But all in all, I have two very capable options for this weekend coming.

after that I will drop in a 17.5 in the FF03evo (it seems to be the most stable rite now and transitions the better) and see how it handles the extra power.

Brought out my FF03R for the first time since April to see if I can run with the big dogs at the TCS Finals next weekend. It/we need more time.

Just about got the FF03R ready for USGT, ESC is in, got a new servo installed and put in a new receiver. The 21.5 came in last night! Hope to be on the track running some practice laps on Wednesday. WooHoo!

If it goes well, I'll go ahead and put together the FF04 Evo I still have NIB, eh, I'll probably go ahead and build it in the next month or so regardless.

Looking forward to running some FWD again, been about 16-17 years since I last ran FF's.
