Hi there,I recently bought a Speed Passion GT speed control and want to buy a 13.5 motor.Which motor do you guys find to be the best.I would like to know how the different motors range in revs.Thanks

I have seen the best performance out of the lrp and the novak motors, everything else seems second place. The Novak with the 13mm tuning rotor is pretty awesome setup.

Novak with 12.3 or 13.0mm rotor.

The 13mm is not standard on the Novak 13.5 motor and has to bought seperately.

In the coming weeks there is going to be feed back coming as more motors start meeting ROAR specs and guys are still experimanting with the other brands available.
Some swear by Novak others by LRP, Orion and new kid SpeedPassion.
probably hear what is working after this weekends Snowbirds too.

I know the 13mm rotor is not standard( Novak) but a option. I gave him the motor I prefer with either rotors.All I've run is Novak for two years.

I like the LRP 13.5, runs cool, mine has a bonded rotor, but I understand they will soon have a sintered one as std ... BTW Bonded is fine ... it is my driving that needs help, LOL

I have run a Novak 13.5 ss with the bonded, a Novak 13.5 ss pro with the sintered and i have tried the 13mm rotor.

With the 13mm rotor you get a bit more punch out of the corners and it also feels alot like a brushed motor.

I prefer the Novak 13.5 ss pro with the standard sintered rotor.

i saw the LRP to be a bit faster than the Novak, but a lot of people are liking the new speedpassion.
