Yes, You have to go low profile between the cells.....See pics. I put some tape against the cells and over the bullet connector to prevent arcing as well.

Guess what just arrived at my door step about an hour ago? Yes new CRC Gen X 10, unfortanetly I was also on my way out to work so I guess I won't be able to look it over until this weekend. I should have it up and running by next weekend hopefully.
Ok now I can rally folks in the Los Angeles area to get this class going. Hit me up if you are in L.A. and getting one of the pan kits soon.
I'll have pics/video in the comming weeks.

Thanks Shawn for the tips. I will take my time, I am also waiting on some tools that should arrive on Monday, setup board, picked up the Unity tweak station, and JR Z3650 arrived with the kit. Nice thing will be I can bring it to work and work on it here for eight hours if nothing is happening next week.
I just received an email from KDR from http://roadrunnersrc.com/default.aspx and said they have a half dozen guys and possibly more to come. It is an hour away from Los Angeles but I may check it out once I get up and running. There a couple of tracks I am looking at that are in the 30 minute driving distance and see if more people jump on the bandwagon. Maybe the companies pushing these kits can help get some exhibition races to make more people aware of this class.

And thanks for the kind words!

Yeah, I plan on running carpet with it. I have a hard time scratching those nice clean chassis.' I have run graphite chassis cars with the associated chassis protector with great results, but we don't have too great of an asphalt following here yet anyway.
I look forward to carpet season getting back under way!!
