When you say adjusted the tweek srcews, have you checked the tweek by lifting the front and rear of the car from the center line or used a tweek station to check preload on your tires. Sounds like you have your right rear tire preloaded . Also check the balance of your car.
The one thing I am sure of is that the side to side balance of the car is dead on.
And heres where I really need help, lets say I do find that I have right rear tire preload as you suggest, which tweak screw should I adjust to remove that problem?

Is there a pan car setup guide out there? Anybody have a link? I'm looking for a list of what does what and what changes to make and the order. Something like the XXXmain setup guide.

Continue until both pennies hit at the same time.
This is the method shown to me from a team racer (not CRC), and it worked great for me......and I have to agree...no setup / tweak instructions makes for some troubled times if you dont have people that know these types of chassis handy. Looks like CRC rushed out the instruction book leaving a very important section missing.

Place the car on setup board. Put 1 penny on top of each front tire just behind the center of tire. Place an allen driver under the front in the center of chassis (seen by the hole in chassis at C/L). SLowly lift front of car. The first penny to fall off is the tire that is lifting first. Adjust the tweak screw (.050 allen IIRC) on the DIAGONAL rear tire (add spring tension to that side since that corner is compressing first.
Continue until both pennies hit at the same time.
