Manutech makes a few parts for CRC WGT cars.

Kydex bumpers, front braces, front ride height adjusters and a special screwdriver for the front end. Try "Manutech rc" in your browser.

Default McKune

Ive converted one of my cars to McKune and the car is transformed, longer wheel base and wider front end with cross brace.Car is now so stable and planted its scary. All signs of tippy itus has gone.Car goes where you point it. Seriously considering converting my other CRC LE.

I liked to see an optional Rear Top Plate (1765). I have two GenX10 in my first one i received spare part like the same ref. but with more thickness but today i received my second spare parts (i broke my second car) and come back like original version (light) ....

Thanks and regards

The thicker (4mm) top plate is an option part. I run the 4mm for WGT.

Curing tippy-itus is usually just getting rid of some front end camber. For high traction tracks, I am usually between zero an -.5 degrees camber.

I definitely do like the Mckune front end option; but, still want the longer trailing arms that the LE has.

Did you go with the longer top arms on the front end too?

The three wheelbase options are the same on the CRC Gen-X 10 Pro, LE and the Mckune chassis. I have been exclusively using the long wheelbase setting for carpet and asphalt tracks.

And...Can I have your LE parts?

Bill

Default top arms

Using the short arms on both my cars, the McKune conversion took the parts from an earlier CRC the model with the Lossi shock.
My other car is the latest CRC LE PRO. of the 2 i still prefer the McKune just feel its a safer drive ,always feels more planted and stable ,although i can put better lap times in with the LE but not enough of them.
Plan to run the LE in blinky and McKune in 10.5 at up coming IIC.

Has anyone had a chassis that wasn't countersunk?? A member at my track is building his Gen X 10 LE right now and emailed me about some holes not being countersunk. I told him to send it back straight away and get another. I hope this is a one time mistake as mine will arrive the day before our next race.

Looks like World GT is going to get popular at my track

Or use a drill press to countersink them.

Have had the same problem with some TC chassis plates in the past; and, I'm too impatient to wait when I can just do it myself.

You should appreciate what I am saying because they were all Losi TCs.

Not everyone has a drill press at home unfortunately

CRC is sorting it out after some convincing for them to cover the shipping costs. It's not his fault you sent him an unfinished chassis CRC.

Anyways a new one is on it's way. I hope mine arrives completed as I can't wait to get it on the track

Nor do I; but, that is just a friend away for most.

And "...you sent him..." does not apply! LOL
