Are there pictures on Troy´s front plates? I know these exist but never saw pictures of them. Also nothing at the website.
It is one piece like the LE...just wider, which really stabilizes the car for many situations on both carpet and asphalt.

Or, you can also use the two pieces that came with the original Gen-x 10. They are CRC part #1741 - Graphite Front End Riser Plates - GX10/BA. You can do three widths with those.

Currently, I have all of Troy's front end parts on my LE. He has a package including a full aray of custom front end parts for the Gen-X 10's (@ about $40-55 depending on width options). Wonderful stuff...You won't be disappointed!

E-mail him at troym@mckunedesign.com

Another excellent pan car add-on part out of the Great Northwest is the Slapmaster Tools Thrust Bearing Assembly for the rear axle. Those boys up there come up with some great stuff. Something in the water...Or, just too much of it.

- Two different lengths of graphite cross braces

- The two graphite parts that CRC Part No 3277 - Gen-X Graphite Cross Brace for Pro-Strut FE becomes when you cut out its cross brace. Allows you to use the CRC long top arms.

- Hardware (longer screws) to attach everything.

All very nicely finished.

Hi,

Had a good time at the BRCA national last weekend.
Qualified 6th and finished 5th.
Car was great but struggled a bit with hi speed steering.
Any tips on what to change?

here is the vid from the weekend

I see most of the pictures in the BRCA blog show the old Pro models of the Gen-X 10. I highly recommend upgrading to the LE chassis to bring your overall weight down and to minimize any possible tweek when the battery door is affixed to the chassis.

Hi,

That blog is my own personal blog, nothing offically linked to the BRCA
Finances are currently stopping me from getting the newer chassis.
Managed to get the weight down to 950gms which has helped coming out of the corners. I got your PM so I will send you my setup.

Cheers
Chrs

Tim,

I am totally commited to CRC's LE chassis for WGT myself and have only driven one other competitor's Mckune to date; so, you may want to check with someone that actually has one.

I have nothing but respect for both CRC's and Troy Mckune's products. But, the setup support from CRC and its team drivers over the past few years has been outstanding. CRC upped my game beyond all expectations.

I breake sometimes this part:
3251 - CRC Steering Block set w/adjusters

And two times:
3243 - Upper Arm mnt set

Is possible to change to an optional parts like REBEL or another brand?
Is compatible optional parts of top racing for my crc GenX10?

Thanks and regards

I used to break the steering blocks fairly regularly on my WGT.

But, since adding the #1750 Pre-formed Foam Bumper, I cannot remember the last time I broke one. This bumper really absorbs the impact of a frontal hit and I can drive with more confidence knowing my car is equipped with one.

I try getting this onepiece wide frontend plate from McKune now since some time but it seems communication is a little difficult. I need this plate urgently but don´t want waiting any longer so is this Mckune plate available somewhere else?

Where are you located?

I bought 3 front end kits (with both width options) from Troy a couple weeks ago and can let one go.

I think Troy is off doing nitro cars this week at the TimeZone Gran Prix.
